Rules & Regulations

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we’ve established some essential guidelines and policies regarding your stay with us. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these details, including rules for campsite use.

Campground Rules

    • Keep music volume low. ALL music must be OFF between 10pm and 8am (strictly enforced).

    • Do not cut through occupied sites or disturb your neighbors.

    • Beach is first come, first serve. No unattended popups, towels, inflatables, watercraft, chairs, tents etc. Pick your items up daily.

    • Quiet generators only. Generator hours are 8:00AM - 10:00AM / 12:00PM - 1:00PM / 6:00PM - 8:00PM.Please be considerate of your neighbors.

    • Only play horseshoes in prepared pits.

    • Fires: 

      • Do NOT leave any fire unattended.

      • No ground or beach fires.

    • Do not cut, deface, or clear trees or shrubs.

    • Do not fasten anything to trees - we need your help to maintain the beauty of our campground!

    • Discharging of gray water on the ground is prohibited by state law. Please dispose of all waste water at the dump station.

    • No wood gathering (we do have firewood for sale in the store!)

    • Slide-in pickup campers must remain on trucks. 

    • Only one RV per RV site.

    • Camp in prepared sites only.

    • Please do not move tables from your site. 

    • Please do not move fire pits - we do have portable fire pits available to rent.

    • Keep your site tidy.

    • All recreational vehicle must be RVIA certified

    • 7 mph strictly-enforced throughout the campground.

    • No charging of electric vehicles using RV pedestals. We have dedicated EV charging stations that can be utilized. Please inquire at the General Store

    • Dogs and cats welcome - there is a daily fee for dogs. Dogs must be kept ON LEASH except for in our two dog parks!

    • Please clean up after your pets - there are poo bags throughout the park.

    • Pets are NOT allowed in buildings (General Store, Rec Hall, etc.) unless they are a registered service animal. 

    • Pets should be licensed and vaccinated.

    • Pets may be tethered within your site only when you’re present. For their happiness and safety, they must be accompanied at all times.

    • Loud or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave.

    • Weapons or toys resembling weapons, and fireworks of any kind are prohibited.

    • Minor children must be under adult supervision at all times.

    • Guests must comply with all federal, state and local laws.

    • No unauthorized sales, vending or solicitation. 

    • Disorderly or disrespectful conduct is not allowed - we will remove you from the park.

    • VIOLATORS OF THE RULES OF THIS CAMPGROUND MAY BE EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.

    *This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to property and injury to any person or camping party arising out of use of its facilities. Campers, renters, and all other users of this property are liable for all property damages. Camping vehicles must be of suitable appearance, be RVIA certified, and be currently licensed. NOTICE: Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20, et seq., a recreation vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing, after the service of a 72-hour notice, if the occupant who has been in the park for 30 days or less, has either: (1) failed to pay for his/her occupancy in the park, or (2) failed to comply with the park's rules and regulations. No long term tenancy. Prices are subject to change without notice. As the reservation holder, you are responsible for ensuring that everyone in your party understands and adheres to all rules and regulations. You are receiving a copy to read and share with members of your party.

Alternative Transportation Rules

NO GAS-POWERED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ALLOWED

Electric Motorcycles, Scooters, Bikes, Mopeds, Etc.

All minors 17 and under must be supervised by an adult while operating any electric vehicle (must be 21 for golf carts or similar sized electric vehicles). 

  • All electric vehicles may only be used during daylight hours.

  • No persons operating an electric vehicle shall be under the influence of alcohol.

  • Electric vehicles may only be driven on the roads of Casini Ranch Family Campground. No reckless or off road driving is allowed. Please stay off lawns, walkways, berms and beaches.

  • All persons operating electric vehicles must comply with the 7 MPH speed limit.

Electric Golf Carts & Such

• Golf carts may only be operated during daylight hours by licensed drivers 21 years of age or older.

• Maximum 4 occupants in Casini Rental Carts

• Seat belts must be worn by the driver and all passengers whenever operating Casini Rental Carts.

• No persons operating a golf cart shall be under the influence of alcohol.

• Carts may only be driven on the roads of Casini Ranch Family Campground. No reckless or off road driving is allowed. Please stay off lawns, walkways, berms and beaches.

• All persons operating electric vehicles must comply with the 7 MPH speed limit.

RC Cars and Boats

• Only electric powered RC cars and boats allowed

• RC cars and boats must be operated in remote locations with no disturbance to other guests.

• RC cars and boats must not disturb natural vegetation, landscape or waterways.

• RC cars and boats must be operated safely and responsibly.

• The use of  drones, RC airplanes and helicopters etc. is strictly prohibited.

**Failure to comply with park rules or alternative transportation rules may result in forfeiture of your operating privileges or eviction from the park without refund.
